Its been quite popular lately to see many teams play the 3 at the back formations...Especially Conte who surprised many people last seaon in the EPL...

3-4-3, 3-4-2-1, 3-3-2-2 or 3-3-4 u can name them, but this are by far some of the most difficult formations to plan tactics for esp when u dont have the necessary players with the ryt traits....

Im one fan of three at the back esp 3-3-2-2 but snce the update i hv been struggling with my team....c anyone out dre share sme of their discoveries in these formations and how best to implement dem.?????

I use 3 at the back with my Juventus save. I have 3 powerful centrebacks with one of them having excellent technical abilities as a BPD. In midfield, it's two wingers with great pace, crossing and movement. A winger with good teamwork is an added bonus as well. Then I use two cms with one BWM and one DLP/AP. Further forward, I use one trequartista (very important) and two strikers(one AF and one poacher). It's a counter-attackimg setup, scores a lot of goals (especially the trequartista role). I have a lot of extremely good players though, but it's worth trying out with lesser teams.
