Help Changing tactics on iPhone 7

I recently switched from an iPhone 7s to an iPhone 7 and, in doing so, the display for FMM 2018 has changed. I no longer have the menu bar on the left which is inconvenient but workable.

However, and I may be being totally dumb here so humour me, while everything else is the same and just accessed a different way. I am struggling with Tactics, both on the home page and during games.

While I can make subs and set formations, I seem the have lost the ability to set styles of play, switch between balanced and overload, for example.

I have attached how my screen appears. Please can someone advise? Apologies if this is a naive question that has been answered many times already(!).
