I have won the Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup but I can't unlock the National Team achievement. How do I unlock it?

Champions league, CWC etc are continental tournaments. To unlock national teams you need to earn a national job in a current save and win Euros, African Nations Cup, World Cup etc
