Hey, does anyone know how to sort out these things? Any players to make the negatives becoming positives?

Get players high in decisions and teamwork. That will solve your problem. Leadership is a bonus but i dont really pay much attention to it. I find that whenever i buy players, i only focus on decisions and teamwork. Leaderships usually are around 10 to 15 for most players of these criteria

The big matches one makes absolutely no difference from my experience and just like many other things in the game is there as a gimmick. I had that negative on the report for 15 years with Bayern and won 95% of cup finals I was in.

Got the same with Man City

If you're at a lower reputation club then the players you have just might not be good enough. They'll need higher mental attributes. Get rid of anyone with crappy mental attributes and bring in better players. Or, work with what you've got until you get promoted and have the ability to buy better players. 

 

I've never had so many negatives before so that's the best I can do. 🙂
