Help How to increase a player's creativity stats

Hey guys, how do I increase a player's  creativity. I tried various ways including techincal traning with intensive motivation and intensive tactics. But it just doesnt go up. Help please??? Thank you.

Creativity, like Leadership and Aggresion, is a mentality stats and as such it can't be changed through IT, at least I know I can't.

Winning matches and maintaining a good form could see these mentality stats increase/decrease sporadically. Ultimately it's random.

Mental stats go up with intensive tacital training and with age(mostly leadership). The difference won't be big, random cm won't become Modric or KDB.
