Help Touch input not working properly

Does anybody know how to fix the quirky touch input on a 19:9(or 18:9. Same2) phone? First time playing on that kind of smartphone, the touch input is horrible. I tried to fix it by turning off the stretch display, but the resolution became too small for the screen(it has a Full HD+ resolution).
