Help Choosing right team

I look for help on choosing the team with which to start a career.

I would like to upload the four major championships (Spain, England, Italy and Germany) and look for a suitable team to play with the 3-2-2-2-1 (3 cd, 2 wb, 2 cm, 2 if or ap, 1 tm ).

I would also like to have the space for the complete staff.

Perhaps Atalanta in Serie A, but others?

No problems at all with your English.

I think Atalanta would be a great team to start with as if I remember correctly they have a few decent young players and good training facilities as well.
