Help Create a B team

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to create a B-team for my own club and make available the team for playing in lower leagues?Thank you in advance.

Not possible when creating your own club but I guess you could use the editor to rename a club in the lower leagues to act as your B team. Or if not most of the Spanish teams have active B teams.

i playing man utd and i want a.madrid b become my B team but i cant because rename it not work
