Chat BWM worth using?

In my experience the BWM tends to do little more than get booked once per game, compared to the BBM or CM, for example, who makes as many tackles but gets forward too. What midfielder roles do you find most effective? I'm particularly using a 4-2-3-1 but sometimes struggle with midfield solidity.

Unfortunately the BWM has been poorly implemented for years and always get lower ratings than the rest of the team for no real reason. So no definitely not worth using especially in the DMC position. As for the best roles it really depends on what players you have at your disposal.

BWMs are guaranteed poor ratings but should sure up your midfield, particularly in away games when you're up against it, or also if you want to have large amounts of possession. If you don't fancy BWMs but need to give the defense more protection, you could try a DM, or even two in front of your back four, as these will offer protection but without the wild ball chasing.
