Chat Board Requests?...

Apologies if this has been covered already but is there any pattern to board requests?

I took on Eastleigh (Vanarama National) as challenge career and completed it but carried on at the end of the season. At the start of the new season i requested to improve training fac' but got knocked back, i went on to win the league and asked again at the start of the next season but got shown the door! My first season in Sky Bet 2 i had to sand bag so's to avoid the playoffs because my guys were struggling physically but kept putting the goals in and we came 9th but still the board wont do anything!!

Should i concentrate on the cups to gain credit or is it all about time? I keep getting offers from bigger clubs and am considering moving to better finances but i'd still like to see how far i can get Eastleigh up the leagues!

It seems to be a combination of what you've done recently vis-a-vis board expectations and a hidden financials value based on trading/cup runs
