Yo again!!!! IT'S TIME TO UPDATE MY TACTIC!!!

It is still not a perfect one, but it is not bad for this monent.

what do you think about it?

It's working out pretty OK for me at the moment.

I usually like to run a 10 league game test with it and see how I feel at the end of that.

This is my 2nd season with Fulham after just about surviving in 17th place with a 424 Control / Counter Home and Away combo.

I'm a bit strange I think because I like my formation to have gears that I can go up and down depending on circumstances but in this case I find that if I can go behind early there isn't too much I can do to go up a gear that isn't Overload or a change to shoot on sight. I might tweak to see if I can try the counter, control or balanced.

Also I have found that the striker can be very very up and down. Perhaps its the fact I am asking a Target Man like Mitro to be a Poacher. Or that I may need to tweak his training to see if he can adapt.

But I am enjoying using this tactic.

I have not found any tactic that works for each game so far. I tried this one but I don't think there is such thing as a winning formation.

You need the players to have the right attributes in the right roles and work out how to counter your opponents set up. Iv been taking it game by game.

Only my opinion by the way.

There are some early setups that work very well without changing much. A 4-2-3-1 posted in the tactics help thread is very effective for example.

I'm using the same tactic with some changes. Before you made changes let me tell you, my team don't score mutch, but i have a win percentage its higher. I'm in FC Porto.

Changes:
In shape tab:
-> Width and Creative freedom, i use Balanced.

In defence tab:
_> Offside trap, i use YES

In attack tab:
-> Instead early crosses, i use Look for overlap. (I'm using 2 offensive insiders, and they don't have a high grade in crossing)
-> Passing Style and Passing focus, i use mixed.

2nd update of my tactic! Sorry for my bad english

After many tests of various settings of this tactic, I will say that I will not be combining at this moment. I made three different settings that can be combined with each other. Everything depends on the opponent and his strength.

The main change is replacing BWM with CM. I'm really happy because my CM has better marks. The second change is the defense line (as you can see on the screenshot).

The third one is changing FB to WB from time to time. Especially when I play with a weaker teams.

You will find other changes.

There is no perfect tactics. You can refine some tactics to almost perfection but it will always be missing something.

I did not use this tactic on another team. The training is matched to the appropriate positions and it is intense.
