I’m getting exactly the same issues game after game, often them scoring with their only shot on target. Pushes me so close to smashing up my iPad at times 😂

It happens to me as well but I don't create creat clear cut chances so it's not bothering me that much for now. I just need to figure a way to create better opportunities... I'm playing a 4-2-3-1 and I tend to do well with teams that play formations with wingers and struggle with team that play with a narrow formation

I think the AI are a bit smarter this year in terms of counteracting your tactics during a game

The amount of shots can be misleading, as it tends to include blocked and long shots. The clear cut chances stat as @Dar J mentioned is a better indicator of how many your team should have scored
