Really good 3 seasons so far mate, i'm sure Vardy will hit the 50 mark just for his pace and fitness, he must be better than the 3 so far surely. Good luck in getting this done, will keep my eye on how you get on

~50 games/season in China with poor players?  I foresee a China 1k this year from somebody before long.

You're making great progress so far, great choice of league.  Only one that might have been more thematically appropriate would've been the MLS. :laugh:

Yes,  I wanted to play a new league for my 1st career plus I have separate plans for MLS 😉

Rooney did a good job there for season 3 and your team now seem to be dominating. Well done @Kanegan

If Vardy has good pace left, he looks like a great next choice.

Season 4

Finally, managed to grab the transfers screen without forgetting:

Couldn't find an offer for Rooney so he was shipped off to reserves. Most of the young useless players were let go for free with the only real sell was Dai Lin to Qingdao as we had bought a better player as BWM.

Transfers In

Due to unlocking of Sugar Daddy, we had an impressive war chest and so we brought some good players. Bentaleb was brought in to be our primary BWM while Timo Horn was slotted as our main GK as the local keepers were not upto the mark while Bacca was a rotational striker that we bought in for free.

Again the sweep except the Club World Championship where we reach the finals to once again face off against another superpower.

Another easy win and a great start from Vardy firing a hattrick to win the title.

The first leg was a tight affair as we were held to a 1-1 draw but come second leg and Vardy got angry, pumping in 4 past the hapless Guangzhou.

 

Champions League

Forgot the screenshot of the 1st leg but it ended 4-4 with Vardy scoring another one of his hattricks and Adelaide Utd levelling us with 4 goals in the second half. Absolutely crazy game. The second game was much better as we beat the Aussies 2-1 en route to our 3rd Champions League title.

 

Club World Championship

This was a closer tournament than the previous years as we had to rely on penalties to defeat Mamelodi Sundowns of S. Africa while a solitary goal from Sobhi separated us from San Lorenzo of Argentina but come final and we had to face The Old Lady and they destroyed though Vardy still found time to net a brace.

So the reason i did not show the goals was this. Look at Vardy, 43 goals in the league, 10 more than Ibra and 23 goals in the Champions League, 9 more than Adebayor. Fantastic!!!!

We also got our 1st international award as Liu Binbin was awarded the Best Asian Footballer of the Year.

Many predicted that Vardy will overshadow the previous 3 season if he retains his pace. So,

Unbelievable. He actually gained stats like mad. Look at that aerial and pace he gained. So, with all this stats and with his exploits in the league and champions league, he must surely cross 50, 60, 70???

Legend, bonafide legend!!! 83 goals from 56 matches. He has set a very tough benchmark now for everyone to follow.

Again, offers were put in to some heavy hitters like Higuain and Suarez but these pansies wanted to retire at the age of 34. Such headless idiots. Finally, we had to zero in on a Spanish player, the Celta Vigo mainstay and ex-Liverpool man

I was thinking about the strikers who’ve gone to the MLS and it isn’t the top top names who flourish but the likes of Robbie Keane and Bradley Wright-Philips. Strikers who’ve got goals in less than superstar teams maybe?

Bradley WP might be worth a look for future seasons if his stats are still holding up.

That's a good shout. Wright-Philips has always been good during my test MLS saves in 18 so hopefully that holds true in 19 as well. Will definitely keep an eye out for him.
