Help Can anyone suggest willing players for China?

Hi all, 

I'm looking at starting a 1k in China but I'm having trouble finding a talented forward who is willing to move there. It's incredibly frustrating since I've looked for 'interested' players by using the filter, but still they all reject. 

Any ideas? Thanks.

Hence why the game has been rebalanced by permits and refusals to ensure China isn't fun and completely frustrating and boring, I understand how breakable China could be and why they'd avoid that but it beats the point of why we wanted it added.. CA/PA is a waste of time in China tbh as all my players just stagnated.

In my current China career where i am taking on the pensioner's challenge, i have found even signing old players difficult and every season takes a lot of searching and multiple offers before i am able to zero in on a striker.
