Help Some advice please.

I have this player that has come through my youth system:-

 

what should I do to make sure he becomes the global superstar that he is tipped to be? Should I send him out on loan or play him in games here and there?

it says that his recommended role is complete forward but it says in his profile that he's a target man. What should I go by?

Also, if I was to retrain him as a poacher, will that prevent him becoming a star player in the future?

Id say you should play him here and there if you can but if you can't play him then loan him to a team you know he would get the chance to play and ignore the recommended role

Send him out on loan for a season, I find that players develop more while out on loan than they do if you keep them at your club.

Get him as much game time as possible best way i can find to improve players

I just played him in the PL and he scores on his debut! Thanks for the advice. So what role should I retrain him for?

I'd say you should train him as a Target Man, but it all depends on your tactic really. But he does have the stats and potential to be a world class target man, and the target man role is really effective this year.
