Chat Pensioners on lucrative long term contracts

Again and again over the years of FMM I have noticed this...and I have been playing since FMH 2014!

When moving clubs to take over a new job I will use for example here, Man City, I will move and they will have a number of players in the squad over the age of 33 with 400k a week wages and still with over 4 years left of their contract...It is so stupid why can't the game AI just offer 1 year contracts over the age of 32. This massively effects budgets and squad sizes. If you look at any team after 10 seasons in they have massive ageing squads!. Please sort this issue out!! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!

I get what you’re saying about the squad building, however I kind of actually quite like taking over a team that is stacked with with overpaid retirees - it’s a great challenge to rebuild the team in your mold often with limited resources due to the old timers hogging all the cash!

I can see you point and i kind of agree...but the same again and again gets annoying.
