When the coach says that a player has 'peaked' does that mean that their stats don't improve? If not, what is the best way to handle them? I have young players that the coach says has peaked already!

Thanks

They improve little. That means that is their potential. But dont rely too much on the coach. If you train them in te right position and play them enough they stil grow.

And what happens when the coach says that I push someone too hard?

I set the training to normal for everyone. When someone is injured I change it to light.

Should I change the training to light when the coach says such a thing?

Should I change the training role if it`s not the natural role for the player?

Should I ignore it?
