Help Rodrygo transfer to Real Madrid

Anyone playing with Real Madrid have same issue? As screenshot here, Rodrygo was supposed to be transfer to Real Madrid from Santos in 1st July 2019. But when I entered July 2019, he is not transferred to Real Madrid. I need to bid and buy him again.

is it bug?

i solves this. sorry for late in reply. 

i went on holiday from Mid June to Mid July, then suddenly Rodrygo appeared in my team list. This is the only way he can transfer to Madrid.
