Help Save Game, Load error

I mainly use an Ipad for this game, but save to icloud for occasional use on my iphone, both phone and ipad run same ios version and same FMM versions. 

Currently if I try to load a save game from icloud on my phone I receive a message unable to load game, this has worked previously. I can save and load fine from icloud with the same save game on ipad. 

I have tried deleting FMM on my phone and reinstalling and also making a 2nd save game in icloud and trying to load that one onto the phone, these still fail. 

I wondered if anyone aware of what the cause could be?

Had the same issue. However, it was solved by restoring my purchases in the store! After that every save in iCloud loaded perfectly.
