Chat Deciding Tempo

Hey guys just wanted to get your thoughts on fast and slow tempo in the instructions. This is not an exact science but when deciding whether to use the fast tempo instruction I look to see if my players have good technique, passing, decisions, pace and movement. I was wondering what stats you would look for in players to decide whether to play a slow tempo or not.

Also when youre playing better op you should play slow tempo to keep more control of the game. When playing lessen teams play fast to outplay op.

@Amir007 I understand the theory behind playing both, just wanted to see peoples opinions on what stats to look for. I suppose for a slow tempo you need good decisions and teamwork.
