Chat Looking for lower league advice

Could someone give me some lower league advice, im really strugling to get going with vannarama national teams or even league two english teams. But i find rtg careers very interesting and wold love to get one going.

Basically in the lower leagues: Get the fastest striker you can and play long ball... The result? This: 

 Also you need to do everything else you can to improve your squad. You might find 'The Formula' section of this post helpful. Good luck! 🙂

It took me some time to go through the macclesfield career but it helped me understand a few things regarding rtg careers, mainly transfers and how to cycle players arround. Im probably going to go for a Colchester or Notts County save. Thanks a lot.
