Help Building Squad

please tell me how to build perfect squad.

(ex. transfer tips)

It takes me 3 to 4 seasons to do that because I tend not to bring in lots of players the first few seasons unless the team I'm managing are very week. The reason for that is because I don't want to spend money bring in players for a tactic that might not work so for me I tend to use the players I have at my disposal then create a tactic and one I'm satisfied with it I start bringing in better players to improve

I usually tried to get my squad depth to be green first (You can check on Team Management > Team Report > Squad Depth). What i try to search here is a player who i can afford and can fit into my playstyle. I usually search for Transfer Listed player as they can go as cheap as free, this tactics of searching cheap player is working wonders for the lower league team i managed, not so much for the big team tho.
