How do people addresss the negatives on the team summary? Apart from the obvious ones like depth main concerns for me are fears playing in big matches and make wrong decisions at key times

I don't speak for everyone, but to be truthful, don't care about it as it changes as you go through the season, so your example has basic club Positives, and the same Negatives nearly every club has, regardless of how well you do, so simply ignore and concentrate on your winning mentality and making the club better with success.

I agree with @Cockers2505 I might glance at that screen but I worry more about getting good players into the club that fit my tactic.

Yes not something I normally pay too much attention to but even when in good form when it comes to big games I can quite easily be 3 down in twenty minutes 😕

Only part I look at is training or youth facilities as that seems to be a good indication that board will agree. 

 

I've also found that start of season there are many negatives. With no changes and a good season they will disappear. As others have said, more hearsay than tactical...
