Tactics 4-2-2-2 Twin Poachers

Hi there. This is my first tactic that I am posting, after a very successful season with West Ham in the first season. 

I usually play 1 upfront with 2 IFs but wanted to try something different as I find the usual formations tend to favour a few players. I was after consistent ratings for every member of the team. As you can see below I achieved this with some good results. 

Note that I did start the season with a TM / P pair up front (hence the regretful purchase of Isak) however found that he struggled to play consistently, or score/create many goals. I also began the season with an AP / DLP centre pair, but had similar unsatisfactory results from the DLP. 

In every game in the season below I dominated the stats (minus the Bournemouth loss, they destroyed me across the board), including some great results against the bigger teams in the division. Most of the losses were due to poor shot stopping from the keeper. 

I haven't tested this with any other teams, and I hope it can be as successful for others as it has been for me. I will continue to use it on my West Ham save, and will update if I make any changes. Please leave feedback if you give this tactic a whirl, suggestions welcome!

Good luck! I look forward to seeing your results. Currently trying to strengthen my defence for my 2nd season.

Great tactic mate, I tested it man United (I know a really strong team) and it was fantastic. I won the ucl, epl and caraboa Cup. I sold quite a few of the senior players and used the likes of Greenwood, Chong and Gomes a lot, plus lukaku was injured for like 7 months(freak injury) and Pogba was constantly injured. Anyway here are the results. 

Sweet revenge for 2012 😊. 

How I wish this version of schalke could exist and come and give us thus money for this deadweights (except Herrera, but pereira, garner and gribbin needed playing time.)

Thanks mate, glad to see it worked for someone else too. We can only speculate as to how much better it would have performed without those ghastly injuries!

Have you got any second tactic to trigger the other team . Looks like in the second part they fell off and the other team knows how to defend .
