Help Problem after updated face, kits and logo

Hello everyone,

I have one question to ask and need answer from somebody. Today I just download and update face, kits and logo for my FMM19. Before install into my device(ios), I saved my previous game with gold badge and sugar daddy unlock. 

But when I continue the game that I saved earlier, I just got message that saying I am getting manager silver badge (sorry I did not manage to snap that message). But in my manager profile it shown that I am gold badge (as per image) And for sure my sugar daddy is lock again(really dissapointed) when I’m about to create new game. Anybody here can explain to me about all of this? Is taking my long time to unlock sugar daddy. 😏
