Tactics 4-4-2 (Defensive Wingers)

The purpose of this tactic was to have 8 Aerials, 8 Tackling, 6 Passing, 2 Crossing, and 2 Shooting players at the same time. It's successful, but if you can modify it for better without changing the player roles and with no negative reports after matches - then I'd like to hear from you. I tried to modify it to have no major concerns to report after the match. Sometimes I get negatives about my midfield, but it's normal I think when you have only 2 central midfielders. You will probably need to retrain the players to be defensive wingers and it's really important to find good central midfielders if you want this tactic to work.

Damn.. In 2039, I can't even imagine how your team might look like so far into a career

No bad intentions in my comment, I was just expecting to find a good low league, small budget team tactic.

Test it! Just make sure you get the players with the key attributes at least 10 for each key role.
