Help Ter Stegen to Spurs?

So... I'm in my second season with Spurs. Vorm retired at the end of my first season and I never signed a replacement backup keeper. Lloris is doing a splendid job but gets injured occasionally, forcing me to put Gazzaniga in goal, who isn't exactly world class. So whilst searching for a backup keeper, I found that Ter Stegen is transfer listed. Barca want £24m for him, but he wants 'key player' status and £230k a week (along with a ridiculous signing on bonus). I offered him this, and he agreed terms, figuring I'd just decide whether I actually want him when the transfer window opens. Then, I put the game down for a few days... When I picked it back up, I completely forgot I'd signed Ter Stegen (waiting for the transfer window to open), and put in a £9m bid for Sam Johnstone from West Brom (also transfer listed), just to sit on the bench and fill in here and there if needed. Now, the transfer window has just opened and I need to make a choice.. Do I sign Ter Stegen for £24m + signing on bonus and pay him £230k a week to sit on the bench? But at least I know I'm sorted if Lloris gets injured... Or do I sign him and drop Lloris as number 1? But he's doing a great job... Or do I cancel the transfer all together and sign Johnstone for £9m, but then watch a rival sign Ter Stegen (which will definately happen)? I've attached screenshots of all 3 players. Sorry for the essay but I don't want to regret anything! Anyone signed Ter Stegen?

Personally I'd go for Johnstone and then when Lloris begins to decline I'd go all out and sign a number 1. Makes no sense for me to be paying 330k a week wages on goalkeepers

Unless you plan on doing what Barca used to do with ter Stegen and Bravo, with one playing the league and the other in the cups/Europe, I'd stick to the one "#1" keeper personally.

I never have 2 really good keepers as I find they almost never get injured or tired and then it's hard to keep them both happy.. I'd keep lloris and wait for an up and coming cheeper option to replace him.

Personnaly what I did while managing Real Madrid is that I sold both Navas and Courtois and bought Donnarumma alongside Lunin and this worked perfectly well for me so no need to spend a crazy amount of money on a goalkeeper.
