I have been using this tactic for a season and a half now and it has been decent so far. The tactic can be improved further for even better results. Your wingback will get not less than 10 assists per season and the right winger can get up to 20 assists per season. Players in attacking midfield positions and the main striker can get up to 20 goals per season. If you have the right players that is almost certainly a guarantee. So far I have only used it with Manchester United but you could try it with smaller teams.
