Help Tripple threat question

Hello, 

As i understand it there are two types of TT challanges, strikerless and with three strikers. 

Is it not allowed tog combine players in the striker position with players in attacking midfielder position for a TT?

If so, why not?

No it isn't allowed, your strikers must all be in a striker position (can be a wide striker so you do have 5 positions to play with).

The concept of the TT challenge is that your 3 out and out strikers score the goals and it challenges you to use a formation that makes this work.

I have an idea for a TT that involves a striker and two players that normally play AML/R, but i guess i can try to put them in left and right striker position.

That's the formation i currently use - one central striker and two in the wide positions. Working well in my TT.
