Help Cannot save tactic

Deleted game and started again, re-patched game data and club badges and players picture saved 4 tactics and after trying a few couldn't delete the 3 that were pretty useless from ingame so went to the tactic folder and deleted the 3 from the folder, made a new tactic and tried it for a few games and tried to save it but there isn't a Save tactic option even though I can load the tactic I have saved but cannoysave the new tactic I am using... any ideas?
