I think this is starting to become a pain when managing in spain, it happens in spain yes but not with every single player having a buy out clause in there contract its not spanish law, esp if you pick up a player cheaply they normally nearly want the same buyout clause back in contract, other countries in game if one pops up normally 100% of the time you can press the green tick of so no buy out clause but in spain majority of the time you cant click it off which is a pain, you should be able to have that option in my opinion.
