Help Changes.txt Help

Hi guys 

Need a little help, dose anyone know how to move clubs from one League to another ??

I have tried this code in the"Changes.txt" but doesn't work

Where did you put the changes.txt?

I suggest to do a simple list for test, before put a full version.

The two lower leagues you are talking about aren't playable, that file only changes the name of the leagues to their proper names.
