Career ScottishFMM attempts 'The 100 Club'

Celtic Football Club will be the team I attempt my challenge with, I feel as a newbie to the scene of FMM I thought I would take over a club that should in all honesty romp the league. With back to back trebles in real life I suppose the pressure is on for me to make the club Treble Treble winners. (good luck to myself). Ultimately I have 4 competitions that our striker can bang the goals in so this is a challenge I'm confident of completing.

The man charged with scoring the goals is Super Leigh Griffiths, He always has a place in my heart being a fellow hibs fan as myself so a bit of bias there on my part. Leigh is currently spending some time away from football to deal with some off field issues so I wish him a very speedy recovery and I suppose it just felt it was fitting to do my next save around the Scotsman. He has managed to bag himself a whopping 104 goals in 204 games for the hoops establing himself as a club legend.

 

The plan is to post an update every time LG scores 10 goals. For Example when he scores 10 goals I'll post an update, then 20 goals etc.

Well that didn’t take long at all. 6 games 10 goals marvellous from LG, should’ve been 12 but 2 missed pens cost him a 2 goal ratio per game.

Anyway back to it, update to come when the man strikes 20👍

Update 2!

The boy is wonderful. 15 games 21 goals he can’t stop scoring and I’m starting to think I can do this. 

Here are some of the best moments from 11 to 20, including a double vs Dortmund in Champs league.

Update number 3!

Took a bit long than I wanted with LG out for a week missing 3 games.

We got a hiding from Ronaldo and co from Juventus, that’ll teach me not to play football football against the big boys😂. We had no recognised strikers fit so this was our team

Anyway we’re still going strong we need a big push now he’s back from injury to get close to the goal.

Update 4!

Bad injury has prevented LG to miss way to many games for us to complete this in our first attempt

2 weeks out and a total of 6 games missed😢. Anyway he’s bagged 40 goals and this’ll be my final post till the end of the season with the final tally, we’ve won our first bit of silverware but been knocked out Europa league on away goals.

Very unlucky tbh I thought he was just starting to pick up a few more goals each game. Yes next season is one I’m looking at. (Sorry fellas I’m in Berlin for my birthday so had no time to play this weekend, I’ll post an update tomorrow)
