Help Selling player

Any tips for selling player/making profit. I always struggling to sell my player& end up selling them way lower their value

I always pick up a few free transfers at the end of the season, younger players especially, and then just offer them to clubs. Cam always make a bit of money doing that. Also, when offered the chance to promote youth team graduates, promote them all and offer the naff ones to clubs.

That;s something I've never thought about in regards to promoting the youth team graduates. Nice idea👏
