Hey guys,

My first tactic!

I wanted to create a tactic using 2 advance playmakers in midfield and Kane as the main scorer of the team as a complete forward. 
But most important, i wanted to create a realistic tactic. 
Do not expect an extraordinary number of goals from Kane. He is also the connection between the midfielders and the wingers. 
This tactic provides many small victories and a very good solid defense.

This formation works really well for me and every player has an important job.

Formation:

The full backs main duty is defending. They rarely provide the attacking players with any asists. Defending stats are important.

The 2 ball playing central defenders most of all need good passing and decisions. When they got the ball they need to pass directly to midfield. Its also important that they have good physical abilities.

The most important part of this tactic is midfield. In centre position i’ve choosen a box-to-box role. It’s important to have a player in this position who has pace, strength and great stamina. But this player is also providing the attack with asists and important passes. You can say he is the busiest player on the pitch. The 2 advance playmakers, especially Eriksen are getting the most of the assists. Their job is to drop into the holes between the oppositions midfield and defense and passing the ball to the main striker or the wingers. They need good passing, decisions, creativity, dribbling and movement.

The wingers are a focus distraction. They have quite long posession when they have the ball distrecting the oppositions defending and creating space for midfield to come forward. They need good crossing, dribbling, shooting,  pace and movement. They often provide the pre-assist or they shoot themself when they are in good position.

Well lets talk about the main scorer.  It’s mainly all about the quality of your striker. He has to have good aerial, shooting, technique, movement, creativity and also the strenght of a target man. You need a complete forward. Harry is the wizard of this tactic.

At first i was struggling with the team instructions. But i think i’ve found the ideal instructions. Team mentality on control in normal and big matches. Against small teams you can use attacking. A fast tempo is required. Passing is an essential part of this tactic and quick delivery to the wingers or Kane is needed. Defence instructions are very balanced. They know what to do and i dont want to risk a lot of cards. The attacking instructions are important. Early crossing, Work Into Box and Trough Balls. Providing Kane with operturnities to score. I think overlap is not an option because the defence will be to vulnerable when losing the ball. One of the strengths of this tactic is the solid defence line.When defending a lead i sometimes change the box to box role to ball winning midfielder during a match.

I dont know if this tactic works on small teams. In my experience you need a more counter based tactic with small teams. I think this would be to attacking. This tactic could also work really well with Real Madrid. I hope my english is good enough. I would like to receive feedback and feel free to tweak!

I love it! Its so nice to see how much passion you've put into this tactic. 

I'm probably never going to use this tactic, but I just wanted to say that it looks really good and the choices you made in creating it are very sound.

Update: Next season was even better. 9 goals against in the competition, 1 match lost and Kane with 49 goals. Stopped because it actually got pretty boring. Team was so incredibly good with this tactic.

I am now going to test this tactic with Valencia. This should offer more challenge and i am very curious about how Kangin Lee developes.

Posession is not great. Mostly around 40%.

Nothing special. You can see the Spurs squad in first post. Bought Coman, Traore and Barella. With Valencia no major signings. Btw i don't have the savegames anymore because testing other tactics. But i'm considering testing a smaller / subtop team with this tactic.
