Help game difficulty

after the winter update,the game is a lot harder can someone give me a working tactics?

What do you find difficult? Who are you managing and what level of coaching staff and facilities do you have?

it hard to win the game even im using the right tactics and all the level coaching staff is gold

No offence, ‘right tactics’ isn’t really a thing.

 

fmm is about making your own, exploiting the oppponents weaknesses, playing to your strengths and so I strongly suggest u consider that. For example,if the right tactic is tiki take and ur in league 2, good luck trying to get some 6 6 center back to play out from the back

Just choose a formation that is based on your squad strengths. Start off with a balanced approach and maybe play defensive or counter for away games and only go attacking if you're playing at home and consider yourself to be the stronger team. There are plenty of guides on this site if you want something specific but just look at who your strongest players are and build a team around them. The Team Report > Squad Depth screen will give you good advice.

If you had success with a tactic before the winter update then it should still be a good tactic. You will just need to consider rotating your first team a little more.
