They're just a regen so it's luck of the draw. I've had two really good ones but they're typically meh.

I’ve only unlocked it once. I think you need to manage the same club for ten seasons to get it. 

Here he is.

He looked like he may have turned out half decent but I couldn’t get over the 1 for leadership so I think he only played about three games in about seven years before I let him go.

You need to have a player play at least once for ten consecutive seasons and retire at the club

It would have been nice to get him to the 1k but I was all played out by that point last year and didn’t have the motivation for it unfortunately.

i am getting 2 managers son every season. after playing 4 seasons with salford i got 8 sons. seems like making a whole football teams.it is frustrating now

i didnt bought the game from playstore.i downloaded from third party. maybe that was the reason

For free? Probably why it's happening then. In the future you should buy the game legitimately. Alot of work goes into making these games.
