Totally agree. I feel like there is another level of difficulty layered on the international jobs, but then I see people on here destroying it... so I dunno.

Your gliding through this so far mate and these guys look amazing. Im guessing from what you've stated you have them on heavy training? Coupled with the top coaches and facilities that is.

They are doing alright, although i think your boy Foden is going to beat Zarzana on assists.

Thanks mate. Heavy training. Although they pretty much stopped improving at age 20.

Season Six

Transfers:

Bit annoyed we drew a league game.

Players:

108 goals. I think we have peaked in terms of goals with this tactic and these players. Somewhere between 100 and 110 seems to be the average now they’ve hit their maximum. 

Despite the typo in the graphic, we have reached 500 by the end of season six. Next target? 1,000 by the end of Season Ten. Probably won’t happen, but it’s a decent target. We are averaging 90.7 a season since we began so that’ll need a massive bump.

These lads have turned into superstars and it just shows you dont need household names all the time. Tactical/managerial nous is all you need.

France update

So in the summer immediately following Season Six we had our first big tournament as France. It was the European Championship.

Duku smashed home four in the final, giving us the trophy against the run of play:

I have him on pens and free kicks for France, but I don’t for PSG. Zarzana and Eyibil have priority there. I had considered trying to 1kc Duku, but figured I wouldn’t beat my Felix score so didn’t bother.... plus he isn’t as good. I do hope I can hit the International goals leaderboard with him though.

102 goals this time. A drop, but I’m not too concerned... as I’m in to next season and doing much better. Assists are still topping up nicely.

We won this at the start of the season:

Other than that, the boys are now 23/24 so plenty more years ahead to bore everyone with!

For my target of 1,000 by the end of season ten we have 354 to get in three seasons.

Just a quick update on the international job.

Season Eight

Transfers:

I’m still cycling youngsters in and out, with sell-ons, and doing the same with the French to maximise their stats and positions. We are so rich now it is stupid.

Manager:

144 league goals. A goal difference of +121 which puts me joint first at the Record Store. @Woody, please add me., although I think it’s safe to say many others are better but jut haven’t posted them.

Players:

A big pick up this year. 131. My squad is stupidly good now, coupled with adjusting a few roles, so hopefully this is the start of a few seasons of smashing it. It does mean we need 223 in two seasons to hit my 1,000 by the end of season ten.
