At first, I have to decide player and team to use.

Please tell me if you have any player and team to recommend.

Firstly I wouldn’t bother loading all the lower divisions and slowing your game down when you get further into the save. Top divisions are fine for a 1kc as you will be after the best players you can get and even if you wanted a player from a 2nd division club chances are he will be in your DB.

As for the club and player.

The 1kc is going to take at least 10 seasons but almost certainly more than that. You need to really pick a club you

1. Like and are happy to manage for a lot of seasons.
2. Has plenty of money to buy a great squad and the player you choose as well.

With the player.

1. A player you like and motivates you to play the save.
2. That is ideally 20 or under.
3. That should develop well and be good enough to dominate the league you play in.

Ultimately what I am trying to say is it is you who will be playing the save. If you get far into it it will be you who needs to find the motivation to keep going with it when it might become a bit boring. 

That is why I think you need to make the decision on the club and player that motivates you to keep playing.
