Help Player Preferred Numbers?

When giving a player a number is there any benefit to giving them there preferred number? A little tick appears next to it instead of the number but do they get some sort of morale boost?

Yeah! 😅 When giving them numbers on the right of where there name is it will sometimes have a number if they do thats there preferred one 😅
