Help Facepack from Downloads doesn't load

Hello, I'm using Samsung Galaxy S10 and I've just downloaded the Face pack and unzipped it.

I moved it to .../graphics/pictures/  and  renamed it to players. Then reloaded the skin but I see a blank space where the player image should be at. Can anyone give solution for this?

Maybe the file itself is a problem because the folder contains only the player faces and it isn't seperated into certain leagues

i think u should delete game cache on files/installed/application support/sport interactive/fmm2019/cache/(here), and then restard game and reload skin.

I've tried doing that, but haven't got success. And I just checked, I didn't have the config file so I copied it from my desktop, and done it again but I'm getting only the faces for few players that aren't wellknown (and just the 1 or 2 faces from each team)

yes . facepack will not load if u dont hve config file . from where u download it ? do u want my config ? full epl,laliga facepack config file . sorry, im not very good with english . 😂

I have the config file but the facepacks are only loading for just few players.. Most of the popular players don't have the face loaded
