Help Financial Takeover/Billionaire Owner?

I never have noticed it happen on mobile only on PC versions of Football Manager but are there random takeovers of clubs by billionaire owners or is it only the PC version or the one you buy from the store? Thanks in advance!

It’s the sugar daddy unlockable on FMM. You have to achieve a sustained period of success with a club (it varies save by save) and eventually the club will be taken over by a billionaire owner.
