you've asked this sort of thing before. the answer is still the same there are many options on here (under the Tactics tag), otherwise just do what most teams do in real life. for what it's worth, i've settled on 4-4-2 this year (but the wingers are high, so it's 4-2-2-2), whereas i've been a 4-3-2-1 man in recent years (the way of modern football)

no, sorry - i might get round to sharing "my tactic" someday soon but it's very basic really. results you can see in my career thread. there's plenty of info out there
