Help Expand backroom staff

I've dragged Yeovil town up to the Championship but I've still got a pitifully small backroom team, what do I need to do to make more positions available, expand stadium or improve training fac'?

It takes such a long time to get something past the board I don't want to do the wrong thing and I'm being plagued with injuries as I only have room for 1 Physio and only have 29 men in the squad, by the end of the season i'm running out of subs!

You need to upgrade your facilities and that will allow you to have more coaches etc.
