Tactics 4-2-2-2 Great possesion, decent defence

Hi all.

I want to share my tactic that i use in Billericay. Thats not my own tactic, i found it here, but made some changes.

Now it's 7th season, 5 previous i ended at first place, my first season in Premier i was on 5th place. Now it's the start of new season.

What do you think about it? Tested it with Arsenal, won Premier in first season.

My problem now it's poor scoring sometimes (two last screens for example).

Sometimes, when i don't have enough strikers, i change tactic on 4-2-3-1 with AM or AP or SS.

Hmm... seems like clubs with high paced Stikers/Wingers is causing you some trouble as with Chelsea (Hazard, Willian and Pulisic), Arsenal (Aubameyang, Lacazette and Iwobi) and Liverpool (Mane, Salah and Shaqiri)

This clubs cause troubles to any team i think, no matter what tactic you use)))

now i started new save with Portsmouth, signing some young players with good potential

Varesanovic, Obuz, Zanellato, Ermacora, Xavi Sintes. It's good enough... It take some time for players to adapt new style...

For Billericay: want to recomend you free signing, it would be great

Yorwerth Josh - he still good even in Premier he is decent

Fefo - good striker, would be the top goalscorer for Vanarama and SkyBet. 

Marc Vidal - good keeper

Janneh - good Target man for free

etc.

I scouted all free players, searching released players and players with expiring contract.

For example, i sighned Xande for free. Now he is a decent player in Premier.
