Chat Ineligible Player for UCL final

This is mad!!!! Half of my squad were all away on international duty for the UCL final!!! I had to use random youth players!! Also only had 3 subs!! Thankfully I still won as City encountered the same problem! This must be fixed!!

I had this one season but can’t remember the year. I think I was Ajax and I agree it would probably never happen in real life.

Out of curiosity what season did it happen to you on?

Wait till you get to about season 18-20 as the Euro Super Cup is now placed right in the middle of the Septembers international break for some reason. Not a big competition of course but it’s still a pain having to play it with the stiffs every year.

Just had it on my Anderlecht save in 2022 - the winter world cup messes up the schedule but they don't bump back the summer internationals. Bit stupid.

It was 22/23 so I think it was to do with the World Cup.
