Help Looking for advice on purchase decision

Greetings everyone.

I know this post will not be popular with everyone cos it's gonna be about "cheating".

I'll admit that I play the FM series cos my favourite football club isn't doing well and I want to at least feel that it can be successful on a virtual basis.

I want to be able to do things like edit names, edit stats, create fantastic players, add lots of money to the club, destroy opponents, etc.. like the FMRTE program can do on PC. I want my club to be successful and I don't care how! LOL! 

My question is: Can FMM19 do that? I am thinking of buying the game.

Yes you can by using changes.txt, Hex editor, in-game editor and unlockable
