Tactics The What Makes You (Attacking) Beautiful

Today I'm presenting my tactic that I've used for the past few saves.... The What Makes You (Attacking) Beautiful

Yes I'm a fan of One Direction lol

Screenshot_2019-11-11-11-00-09.thumb.png.a63f6d000c44f030829a5f4923a9fc55.pngSweeper Keeper does great for me so look for someone with 13+ pace (Oblak or ter Stegen  if you got the money or Schmeichel for a bit cheaper option)Screenshot_2019-11-11-11-00-14.thumb.png.7febfd2e0b7e51dcc5c104703e188045.pngScreenshot_2019-11-11-11-00-18.thumb.png.affe61f24e2cc37cc8a6d4200ffcf8be.png

Changed Overload to Counter when going againts stronger teams or the one I'm not confident enough

When using Counter I'll change work into box to shoot on sight

Using Barca and Atletico weren't the hardest choice but with a quite young team I've builded this is a quite decent results.

Anyone could give it a try for Lower Leagues and post the results here

This is pretty much the exact setup I used for a while in an old save, only af instead of poacher and wingbacks pushed up. Otherwise looks pretty much the same, I suppose the best tactics are frequently recreated, as I won everything 10 years in a row with that save ;-;

Had the thread title’s song in my head, ugh, lol. Nice tactic though, similar set up to me. I also play overload and high if I’m confident I’m better than the other team to dominate, but I go more direct to the strikers, as I have a fetish for big strikers, usually the ones with high aerial stats, usually I go direct/long and centre 🙂

😂Nice fetish of yours compared to mine which is players with "Dead ball specialist" traits like Coutinho

Lol yeah. I’ve always felt the bigger strikers, or target men have been OP in this game, same with corners which works with them. But that could just be my tactics making them OP 😏

I would say that this is probably a tactic for good teams in the highest tiers of football

Wouldn't say highest but jut needed players decent enough for the roles like Josh Vela and Lewis Ferguson for the BBM

Will try out your tactic with United maybe if I get some time until 20 comes out. Might aswell win the league with my last FMM19 save while playing sexy attacking football lol. 2 things we’ve been devoid of for 6 years in real life

That's right. I've tested it Hull in championship and Everton in the PL, it's the same results

5th in the Premier League after 22 games with Newcastle isn't bad.

Well who could challenge them? Spurs, Liverpool, Chelsea Man City are undisputed top 4, and mid-table sides like Man United and Arsenal can't challenge them. So 5th is expected of Newcastle.

Only in the expectations of their own fans. Almost as deluded as West Ham that lot.

That tactic can take any Premier side, even relegation battlers like Newcastle, to the Euro Cup phase, considering the opposition...

That would never happen in Serie A or La Liga even.

Spuds? Man I know you support them but undisputed top 4 when u are in 14th. Ik it’s a really overused thing to say to Spurs fans but I don’t care. Mate when was ur last trophy?

100% with the right tactic you can win any league with any team first season. The point is though he said he was doing "not bad" not that he was pulling up any trees, 5th with Newcastle isn't doing bad at all.

You don't know the shit Poch's going through? He's in a bind, because he can't buy any players. And our YA nowadays is producing shit like Roles. In FMM we're undisputed top 4, because we can sign players. In RL we'll bounce back, but sadly I'm assuming we will lose our amazing manager. All depends on if Levy lets up his monetary policy.

Plus, we've been too emotionally attached to players that don't want to go. Aurier is absolute shit, and should be let go.

No, it's not. We are in agreement.

Spoiler

IMO Levy is a genius. When the Emirates came we were still spending money when instead we should’ve been saving and from 2006 - 2012 we were crippled, by not spending anything much during construction you have more receipts and you can simultaneously sign and pay debts. Please let aurier go bruv then ur rb will be even worse, I’m sorry Kyle Walker Peters is shit. Will you bounce back? The reason people like Auba, Ozil and Laca, those world class players joined us was because of past achievements that meant a whole generation grew up watching Henry, Pires, Bergkamp, Lehman, Campbell, Cole, Gilberto, Patrick Vieira, Ljunberg do wonders as we went invincible. I don’t think u understand how much harder it is when you don’t even have those to talk about. And are u undisputed top 4 when Leicester are phenomenal? You know what when FMM 20 comes I always start an Arsenal Save lets see who ends up top 4.

lmao mans can’t even beat Colchester just keep quiet bruv. 🤫

I have put my reply in the spoiler so I don’t leave a massive message clouding this banging tactic’s chat.

5th is not expected of Newcastle at all. If you're talking realism just look where they have been the last few years. Their fans would probably laugh at you if you suggested to them that they should be having 5th placed finishes right now.

For game context to take it back to the actual point, the sides currently above me in the test after 22 games are;

1. Chelsea

2. Man Utd

3. Liverpool

4. Tottenham

Wouldn't say that would happen though... English sides like Leicester, Everton, Wolves, Bournemouth and Watford does have the quality as good as Bilbao, Valencia, Betis and Sosciedad in La Liga and as good as Roma(currently), Atalanta, Fiorentina and Torino

On FMM they don't have the defence or midfield to be a top 5 side on paper when compared with other squads.

The main problem is poch did not trust in youth. If dembele did not get injured laat season, skipp will not get any minutes. Dont forget that poch doesnt trust on youth makes our youth player (bennetts and griffiths) leaves the club to getting first team opportunity. It's clear that you just support pochettino not the club.

Well, you all on this site have so much skill, I’m not sure if paper matters!

I support Poch, but I support Tottenham much more, even though if Poch got fired I would be unhappy, of course I would still support Spurs, I just think firing Poch would be irrational and a rush decision.
