Career Gloucester City AFC - Time for the Tigers to roar?

I've decided to do a proper career game in FMM20, and for this I've chosen Gloucester City. 

I was born in Southampton, but lived in Gloucester for a few years before winding up in Rochdale, so I've a bit of an affinity for the Tigers. They've just had a change of management in reality, and while the game has them back at Meadow Park now rather than in Evesham, I think I can happily go with that state of affairs.

And so it begins. 

I've been appointed manager at Gloucester City, and following a meeting with the club board have informed them that I'm not happy with just avoiding relegation this season, but would like to achieve a stable mid table position. 

First job after finding my office and setting up the coffee machine, will be to go over the squad report with my assistant, and identify transfer targets with the scout who could help achieve a successful season.
