Help Need help with 4-3-3

So when I was first introduced to this game, i played it on the PSP & the Bugel 433 was the absolute best! So I’ve been trying to create some sort of formation using the same set up— three center mids & three strikers. I think I’ve been doing ok, but I need help with my away games. My home games are always really good as you can tell from the screenshots below, but I always struggle with my away games. Everything is posted underneath. Any tips or suggestions? 😅

If you play overload and with two apms and two wbs your midfield or defence should in theory in my opinion be left pretty open ? ( fx only one bwm OR two defenders left ) Leipzig, Bayern and so on will play wingers and run over you?

I use 433 quite well. I just use early crosses and attack instead of overload
